Lifestyle Concierge respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations. It applies to our website, lifestyleconcierge.sa, and to the Lifestyle Concierge mobile app.

1. Data we collect

Account data: your mobile number (used to sign in with a verification code), and your name if you choose to add it.
In-app usage data: products you add or scan by barcode, opening and expiry dates, your reminders, your virtual basket, and booking details when you use booking features.
Technical data: device type, app version, and crash logs needed to operate and improve the service.
Website: basic server logs only. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use your data

Providing the core service: tracking your products' validity, reminders, organizing your routine, and managing bookings.
Essential service messages (such as verification codes and the expiry reminders you request).
Supporting you and responding to your inquiries.
Improving and securing the service and preventing misuse.

Marketing messages, if any, require your prior explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time as easily as it was given.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on: performance of our contract with you (core services), your consent (marketing messages and anything requiring consent), and legitimate interest within the limits permitted by law (security and service improvement).

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your identifiable personal data, and we do not share it with any party for advertising purposes.
Any statistics or analytics we rely on are aggregated, anonymized, and not re-identifiable.
Validity information in the app — including period-after-opening durations — is indicative and estimated based on the product label. It is not a medical or health judgment and does not replace the manufacturer's instructions.

5. Data sharing

We may share the minimum necessary data with service providers working on our behalf under data-protection agreements (such as the SMS verification provider and cloud hosting). When looking up a product in product databases, we send the barcode number only — no personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or upon a lawful request from a competent authority.

6. Data location and transfers

We aim to host primary data within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where operating the service requires processing any data outside the Kingdom, we apply the data transfer controls set out in the PDPL and its regulations.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within a reasonable period, subject to any statutory retention requirements.

8. Your rights

To be informed of how your data is processed.
To access your data and obtain a copy of it.
To correct inaccurate data.
To request deletion of your data.
To withdraw your consent at any time.

You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email below; we will respond within thirty (30) days at most. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

9. Age requirement

Our services are intended for persons aged 18 and above.

10. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with its date, and we will notify you of any material change.
